Cinthya Gaxiola
Cinthya Gaxiola, Broker/Owner of Monarch Realty, strives to provide expert advice, professional service, and intelligent solutions to each of her clients. With over 10 years of experience, she has assisted buyers and sellers with a wide range of transactions, including new construction, condominiums, investment properties, multi-family homes, and single-family residences. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her 5-star Zillow rating, demonstrating the professionalism, consistency, and dedication she brings to every client relationship.
Cinthya was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at a young age. She grew up in small agricultural communities in South Florida, where she attended elementary, middle, and high school. While in high school, she participated in dual enrollment at Edison State College (now Florida SouthWestern State College), earning her Associate in Arts degree prior to receiving her high school diploma.
In 2014, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Parks and Recreation, specializing in Hospitality Management and minoring in Business Administration. During her undergraduate studies, she completed internships in both the nonprofit sector with the Florida Trail Association and the hospitality industry with Davidson Hotels and Resorts.
While attending UF, Cinthya experienced the challenges of rental housing and later decided to purchase her first home. As a first-time buyer, she felt underserved by the real estate professionals she worked with. That experience became the foundation of her real estate career, motivating her to provide a higher level of service, expertise, and client support. As a REALTOR®, she focuses on delivering data-driven guidance, transparency throughout the process, and clear, effective communication
For over 10 years, she has volunteered teaching and coordinating ESOL classes for adult learners in Gainesville and surrounding communities. As an immigrant who has personally experienced the challenges of adapting to a new country and language, this work is deeply meaningful to her. She believes it is her responsibility to give back by paying forward the opportunities she has received and supporting the systems that have allowed her to grow and thrive in this country and in Gainesville.
She is also passionate about sustainability and social justice. Through Monarch Realty, she strives to promote sustainable and equitable business practices in Gainesville, reflecting a holistic approach to both her professional and personal values. Outside of her work and volunteer commitments, she enjoys gardening, playing music (guitar and drums), and spending time with her family.

Erica Wilson
Property Manager
Erica Wilson is a Gainesville local who has proudly called this community home for almost two decades. Over the years, she’s developed a strong connection to the area and a deep understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and homes that make Gainesville unique.
Erica is Monarch Realty’s Property Manager. Her diverse background as an entrepreneur and operations manager, combined with her extensive construction knowledge and strong attention to detail, makes her uniquely suited for this role.
She is deeply committed to the careful management of the properties we oversee, as well as to maintaining strong, positive relationships with both property owners and residents. Her diligence and consistent follow-through are evident in the quality of service she provides.
In addition to her professional strengths, Erica’s values closely align with Monarch Realty’s core commitment to community. She is passionate about housing as a human right and works to partner with owners to help provide quality housing within the community.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys cooking, crafting, thrifting, organizing and curating her home, spending time outdoors, and enjoying quality time with friends, family, and her dogs.
Olivia Smith
Real Estate Transaction & Accounts Payable Coordinator
Olivia Smith is a Junior at the University of Florida, majoring in Financing, with a minor in Spanish, and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Real Estate program.
Olivia’s ongoing education in both real estate and finance has made her incredibly versatile and uniquely suited to her blended role as Real Estate Transaction and Accounts Payable Coordinator for our leasing department. While her duties are primarily behind the scenes, her adaptability and versatility have proven to be valuable assets to our team and clients. Her relevant coursework, including business finance, real estate analysis, real estate private equity, and accounting coursework, has proven to be readily applicable to her responsibilities within our team.
Olivia quickly discovered her passion for real estate after becoming involved with the UF Real Estate Society, Women’s Real Estate Society, the Gator Real Estate Analyst Program, and Warrington Welcome Peer Leaders. Through the Gator Real Estate Analyst Program and her coursework, she has had the opportunity to underwrite various real estate case studies presented by industry professionals.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, visiting the Botanical Gardens in Gainesville, and going to the beach. She also likes to hang out with her friends, siblings, and family.
