Your property will be syndicated to hundreds of home search websites including popular websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia.
Our team is available to show your property to prospective tenants and respond to inquiries by email, text, or phone from Monday to Sunday, excluding national holidays.
We conduct a detailed screening of every applicant and/or prospective tenant 18 years of older. The screening includes a background check, credit check, past landlord reference check, and employment verification
SERVICES
Complete Property Management Services include:
- Marketing and advertising of the property
- Scheduling showings for potential tenants
- Applicant screening and qualifying
- Collection of deposits and first month’s rent
- Arranging move in procedures
- Provide a detailed move-in report
- Collect rental payments
- Handle maintenance and emergency calls
- Direct tenant communication
- Coordinating Turnover Procedures
- Detailed move-out report
- Provide a 1099 at the end of the year
- FEE FOR ENTIRE APARTMENT/HOUSE: The first month rent + 8% of the monthly rent.
- FEE FOR ROOM RENTALS: The first month rent + 10% of the monthly rent
*** If there are tenants in place from when our team took over from existing management, then the only fee will be the 8% of the monthly rent management fee
