Prompt communication
We take great pride in our thorough and prompt communication style, and high customer service. Our team is available Monday – Sunday (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm, Sat-Sun (10am – 3pm) to answer any questions, schedule tours, and to address maintenance issues.
Various payment options
You can pay rent via direct deposit, check, or via your online portal with a credit or debit card. You pick whichever method works best for you.
Condition Reports
When you move in, you will receive a move-in report documenting the condition of the property. We also document the functionality status of all the systems. Any cosmetic defects and issues are documented. Having this document will make your move-out process easier for both you & the owner, and will procure the release of your deposit faster.
Emergency Maintenance
Our team is available every day to address emergency issues. These can include water damage, fire, break ins, and/or any issues that may need immediate attention that cannot wait for the next business day.
