Cinthya Gaxiola

Cinthya Gaxiola, as the founder and owner of Monarch Realty, has a mission to provide expert real estate advice and excellent service. With over seven years as a real estate professional in Gainesville and Alachua County, Cinthya has worked with many buyers and sellers with the sale or purchase of new construction properties, condominiums, investment properties, multi-family properties, and single-family residential homes. Buying or selling real estate is one of the most involved and financially strenuous transactions, and Cinthya believes that the real estate professionals should strive to provide transparency, respect, diligence, professionalism and finesse throughout the process.
Cinthya’s commitment to excellence has earned her the best possible existing rating on Zillow with 5 stars, demonstrating the professionalism and dedication that Cinthya provides to her customers.
Cinthya was born in Mexico, and moved to various small agricultural communities in south Florida, where she attended Elementary, Middle and High School. While in high school she dualed enrolled in Edison State College (now Southwestern State College), where she earned her Associates in Arts, prior to receiving a high school diploma.
In 2014, she graduated from the University of Florida (UF),with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Parks and Recreation with a minor in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration. While attending UF, Cinthya became interested in real estate. Like many of her peers, she experienced the challenges and financial stresses of rental housing options, and decided to purchase a house. As a consumer, Cinthya felt excluded from the process, and underserved by the real estate professionals of the time. She saw a need for real estate professionals who bring value to their customers by giving them resources, guidance, education and direction with their decision. Cinthya decided to pursue a career in real estate to be that resource that she wished she had as an inexperienced customer.
Cinthya is an active volunteer in her community, working in partnership for over six years with the Latina Women’s League, where she leads the coordination of the English and Citizenship classes consisting of organizing and supervising free volunteer-based classes for adult learners in Gainesville and surrounding communities.
Cinthya is passionate about sustainability and social justice, and strives to make Monarch Realty a leader in sustainable and equitable business practices in Gainesville. Outside of real estate and the English Classes, Cinthya enjoys gardening, music (guitar/drums/singing) and spending time with her family and her best friend, her husband and partner of 12 years.

I needed to purchase a house before the year 2022 ends and I am so thankful that Cinthya and her assistant Konst helped me throughout the process. They were quickly responsive with all emails, kept it very professional, and informative with any questions I had. Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Capri, Gainesville, FL.
My experience with Cinthya was not my first home buying experience. I have bought and sold properties in 4 different states. I’m not a novice buyer and have had every sort of real estate buying and selling experience imaginable. Cinthya has been hands down the best real estate agent I have EVER worked with. She’s proactive, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and she is great at holding all of the other parties in the real estate transaction accountable. She’s a go-getter and I promise you will not be disappointed with her. If you are looking for real estate in the Gainesville-Alachaua area (and surrounding vicinity), she’s it.
